hi folks me again has anyone replaced the O rings on a injector pump before while it been insitu on a motor before as mine is leaking she been neglected for a year with all thats been going on

had a look with camera suspect ot O ring no2 leaking

Pretty easy to change but you have to know what you are doing. Pump MUST be on full cam to replace o'ring 2.

got neighbour who has all the timing kit to keep it on full cam
have you done one before I been told you don't have to remove the whole unit just loosen nuts to access the o ring don't know how true this is have you changed one before

That the ones either side? Back one by the block is a PITA to access? Seem to recall a spring flies out too?

reading the write up you don't undo the head block totally just the 2 opposite screws to stop springs flying out? or could be wrong
I know when neighbour undone his old one a lot of screws and bits flew out
 
Just follow my guide its fool proof apart from the markings on the top cover not showing up on the photos I took. It must be fitted exactly where it came from.
Mark it at all corners just to be sure it goes back exactly.
If your just doing the injection head then nothing g to worry about just loosen the retai ing bolts only just enuff.
