I have a 95 blazer t10. and blue smoke is coming out of the tailpipe along
with the smell of fuel. I recently changed the oil and found that the oil
has fuel in it also. I checked the plugs and cylinder compression all
good. somone said it was the fuel preasure regulator, but there is no fuel
preasure regulator on the vortec engine. what else could it be?

2.a cracked-carb and intake-manifold 3.a cracked head or both
heads [It must-be-ready to "blow-up,flame-thower and
set-itself on fire;taking-you with-it." That engine must-have-been
really-cooked or really-frozen for those cracks.
4.In Houston and Miami "the thugs" are now taking catalitic-converters
off cars in apt.-parking-lots at night...now! Any chance "they" put oil
in your gas-tank/muffler and gas in your crankcase?......

If you have fuel in the oil, the first place to look is the fuel pump. If it
is leaking and you can't see it, the only place it can go is in the oil pan.

It's a '95 Blazer. In-tank pump.

4.3L CPI? Pull off the top of the intake plenum and check the lines for
leaks. They're notorious for drying out and cracking, causing all sorts of
problems.

Blue smoke?

Sounds like excessive blow-by from scored cylinder walls ... which also
would allow unburnt fuel to wash down into the crankcase.

Do more frequent oil changes until you get rid of the vehicle.
