Hi All,
Playing with a positive earth series one and having an issue with Fuel gauge (complete rewire). The sender unit appears to work ok (had off and cleaned etc) and reads 90 Ohms full and around 10 or so when empty. I have 2 fuels gauges and these seem both to only read EMPTY regardless of the sender position. The gauges are energised and snap to Empty so seem to be free and working.
I am wondering if I have somehow a series 2/3 gauges or negative earth. I have bench tested the system with the same result ie only reading Empty regardless of resistance .
Anyone been here before - I don't think earthing is the issue as complete rebuild. Any other info really appreciated
