I tried to change the fuel filter on my FL2. All the videos I've watched it just lifts out. But mine has a wire connected at the bottom stopping it from coming out easily. Anyone know what it is? Do I need to get a new (different)fuel filter?

Some filters have a water sensor in them, and some don't like mine.
I don't know which vehicles do and don't. Just unplug the plug and remove the filter.

Also unless you have the correct priming pump, you'll struggle to start the vehicle after the filter has been replaced.
