Hi All,
Following on from my fuel tank questions.
We are talking Early 90 here, with external fuel pump behind the tank just in front of the rear wheel!
Unfortunately when I removed the tank I damage the fuel filler hose!
New ones of the same type seem scarce and seem to cost about £160!!!! (Fuel filler NRC9424 and hose NRC9291 connecting to tank NRC9225)

So potentially looking for different options. It has been suggested (by my parts supplier) that if I change the filler filler to a later model (NTC2676) I can then use a cheap and readily available hose NTC2338?

I just wondered if anyone else has done this and can confirm it will fit all ok what with all the external pump being in the area of the filler hose etc.
Would be great to have a bit of confidence before I buy a really expensive hose or change to a different filler and hose!!!
Hope that makes sense and thank you, Paul.

Paul, this makes sense...change to the later/more std filler + you can use the later set of fuel hoses. I have an 87 Ninety with this set up. I have a spare used filler you can have FOC - you pay postage, it needs a clean with WD40. pm me if this helps.

Thank you very much for getting back to me and confirming. I'll take you up on your very kind offer. I'll drop you a note after work. Paul :)

In the end I managed to find ‘a more reasonably’ priced hose so was able to keep my original filler in play which was in pretty good condition, thus keeping it all original which is what I really wanted to do.
I’m not really familiar with 110’s and my parts book is just for the 90. Hopefully a 110 expert can help you….happy parts hunting ;-)
