Hi,
Got home yesterday in my 2006 freelander 1 to find the two front wheels very hot and the smell of pads burning.
Tried it today and for some reason now the front drivers side is normal temp but the passengers front is getting very hot. Would it be the calipers sticking or the sliders gummed up.
Any help appreciated.

Old, nackered 'n broke, but the Landy is fine . :)

Could be .. I'd take the wheels off and look ...

Just 'getting hot' could be many things, from as simple as worn out pads to a stone stuck in the caliper, though unlikely both sides at once ..

Strip it down and investigate, no way would I take a chance on brakes!!!
