After getting information off the search facility with no definitive answer, the problem is this...
Front drivers side is lower than passenger side
ARB mounts on chassis are ok and not flat and ARB links are not flipped over
Body mounts are ok
Springs seem recent ie not rusty
Spring Measurements are on level ground, drivers side 210mm,passenger side 215mm
Spring colour is black with no visible colour coding and seem to have equal coils about 7 1/2 ish
Drivers side seems more compressed than passenger side.
Drivers side seems to dip more on braking
Rear suspension is ok
I'm wondering if the previous owner fitted springs off a v8?
Any thoughts or if anyone could give a measurement on a standard spring setup
Thanks in advance:eek:

Have you just bought it and was it like this when you got it? Or has it developed its drunk stance recently.

I've had it since 2012 and it been annoying me for the past 12 months.im not sure if the shock has gone as there is no oil evident so not sure if they are gas.shocks look standard type fitment

Your right it could be shock, if there gas filled it pushes them back out a little.

Possibly a tiered spring as well.

If theres 5mm difference then that shud be on drivers side due to extra weight on that side.

Finally got round to it today.
Both shocks are buggered,no gas in them, rides lovely now on the terrafirmas

I'm looking to overhaul my suspension and axles soon.
Plenty of info on here for folk that want to go offroad but discussion on standard systems seems a bit thin on the ground!

That's because there isn't much to say about bog standard suspension systems :D
