  1. I have a 1998 4.6 HSE. I have no warning lights or messages showing and suspension goes up and down as it should with lights flashing to change then solid when changed etc. however I have noticed that the front off side seems the be 2-3cm lower than the near side. the whole car raises and lowers great just the front off side seems constantly lower than the near side. backs are exactly the same, just different at the front - any ideas? I have had to change the battery due to a duff cell but everything seeems to work OK after chnage. Thanks.

Dodgy height sensor or corroded connector. Needs plugging in to read the heights/faults.

thanks. looks like it might be a worthwile investment so do you know the best way to do this and the best place to buy it? Have seen some advertised but require OBDII socket, mine seems a bit early yo have one. Thanks again.

The EAS diagnostic software can be downloaded free from www.rswsolutions.com You need a special cable which you can make yourself, or I can supply the cable and the software on CD. PM me if you are interested.
You car does have an OBDII connector, passenger footwell next to the transmission tunnel. It does not comply with the OBD standards though so you need specialist kit such as Faultmate or Hawkeye to check all the systems.:)
