Guys, I'm having a faff with front door sill seals. Had bought new st/st sill covers and new sill rubbers from YRM. The sill covers are first rate, but the rubbers are forcing the door out unless rubbers lowered by which time there's daylight coming through.

As note, sills and doors are aligned correctly.

:. has anyone fitted the post 2006 [2007-2016] attach to the doors to obtain a good fit?

Never seen them seals before

I used 300tdi seals that fix to the sills. Problems are they can get a bit of dirt on them & put it onto your trousers.(only a problem if this is your main motor)

There's a hollow / soft side to one side of the rubber. I put a squeeze of "sticks like Sxxt " down that pushed the rubber onto the door and shut the door for 24hours. 10 years+ later the rubber is still stuck to the door.
Note id previously removed the remains of the floor mounted rubber.
The seal on the door has been very successful, it seals and doesn't get damaged on the floor.

Thanks @Hicap phill & @TheQ , I've bought two LR G grade later door seals for £40 the pair :) and am going to use these. The issue is with my Safety Devices roll cage...where the front pillar is welded to the chassis it pushes out the front wing just slightly. This then transfers the A-pillar out of std adjustment continuing to the B-pillar and the new sills. This morning have had to disassemble the doors, rock/tree sliders and sills to reposition to find the 34 3/4". This in turn knocks out the sill height adjustment which then clashes with the rubber thickness and :. clashing with door bottom. It's been a bugger of a Sunday :( I think the post 2006 door rubbers are the answer...

eta: I also like the idea of not having a pile of crud/**** sitting on top of the sill lip and std rubber seal. With a flat st/st sill cover and later door rubber it's a straight forward wash down and wipe, much the same as a modern car door finish.
