Hi all,
My Brownchurch roof rack fits onto the roof gutter via a foot. On all other doors apart from the front passenger, they open and clear the bottom of the foot. But the door top clips on the front passenger door when you open and shut it.
Can i adjust the door down so it misses it? If so, how? The striker hits dead on at the moment so does that adjust also?
Cheers

There is adjustment procedure in RAVE when the door is replaced so follow that just make sure it closes well on the latch(you can adjust there too) otherwise it might end up stuck closed:

............
8. Check door for flush fit to adjacent panels and
door edges for equal gap. If adjustment is
necessary:

a Open door
b Place a wooden block on jack and position
jack to support door lower edge.
c Loosen 4 bolts securing hinges to door.
d Loosen 2 Torx bolts securing door latch
striker.
e Use jack to assist with door alignment.
f Tighten hinge bolts.
g Remove jack, close door and check for
correct alignment.
h When alignment is correct, tighten door
hinge bolts to 30 Nm (22 lbf.ft).
i Adjust door latch striker and tighten Torx
bolts to 26 Nm (19 lbf.ft).

Thanks for that.
I had a look at it and the door itself lined up perfectly with the swage lines etc... so it was obviously the door top. I wound the window down and slackened the 2 hex bolts on either side of the door holding the door top. I tapped the door top down a tad, re-tightened the nuts and its perfect now. Easy job in the end.
