Hi at what point should the front disc'be replaced i have 1.5 mm of wear so far thanks graham

Personally I would replace mine as soon as there is any appreaciable sign of a lip on the outer edge.

The discs are 25mm thick. They should be replaced when they are at or approaching 18mm. Good discs will have a wear chamfer on the outer edge. When this disappears it's time to change them.
