yesterday morning on my way to work I noticed steam coming out from under the boot but thought it to be just mist. It was very foggy.
Last night on my way to a cocktail it overheated on the freeway. I added a bottle of perrier (living in France thats what you have in the car). The oil was also low. Then added 3 liters of Evian I borrowed from the bar.
Drove home and had steam coming out again.
It is Saturday so Land Rover cannot give me parts today. My plan is to fill it up and get it to the dealer - or I could have it towed.
The car is also using more oil, has less power and is blowing more smoke than it should. I had one air pipe replaced some months ago and things improved for a while.
I guess and hope it is just the pipes getting old and cracking. Letting air in and steam out. If anyone has any advice it would be very welcome.
