Hi All out there glad to see you up and running again.

I have a 1999 freelander which I purchased recently. Only thing wrong is that the heated rear screen does not work. Lights up when switch is on and fuse ok. The only thing I can see is that a part of the metal tape element is worn almost away at the base of the screen(looks like a sticker has been pulled off) could this be the problem? I was told by a non landy that there is a tape or paint available to touch up the element. Does anybody know of this item and where you can buy it if it exists?

Why do you want your rear screen heated? Are your hands cold?

its a cunning ploy for yet moe electric wizardry and annuver 12 control units on the freelander. Having a simple vehicle like yu do - yu wud not understand.
