Every time I open and shut them they creak like mad,
its sounds as though your in a haunted house!
I have tried WD40, Grease and oil but none of those worked.
All doors or just the back ones (as usual)? Often its the check strap that creaks rather than the hinges themselves. Clean them as well as oiling them, a good wipe both sides with WD then spray grease tends to work. Messy and fiddly and then it'll come back now and again but as long as you know they are lubed then you just have to put up with it.
try and go for a white lithium grease, as it seems to be a bit longer lasting. once greased, avoid wd40 as it breaks down certain greases then after a while
