We have unmodified 2004
mk 1 freelander TD4 Auto. Insured last year with LV because was a change of vehicle midterm. At renewal this year, premium had increased by over £120 to £459. That's for 2 x 50yr olds both employed living in a low rated post code driving a 15yr old vehicle, with full protected NCB but both with small accident history
I know insurance has gone up a lot recently so is that a competitive price?
Got a quote with Adrian Flux for renewal. Gave exactly the same vehicle and driver details, quote was £1144. Adviser refused to justify the price. Obviously didn't want our business. To Dan@AdrianFlux, surely to be a "specialist Insurer" you at least need to be competitive?
