hi there
does anybody know where i can get a new fob programed to my freelander cheaply in or around the sheffield area

I had mine done at Rocar Moores in Huddersfield (main LR dealer on Leeds Road) for around £12 + vat (2 mins job)

thanks for your reply my main dealer just quoted me £35 does anybody know anywhere cheaper

Just looked at my invoice - £11.40 + vat is what Rocar Moores charged, i think your dealer is a bit of a rip off

Ah ha, apologies, must be gremlins with the new system, came up as recent activity. Funny I was really looking for "what have you done with your Freelander today" which I couldn't see at all. Anyway, I was wondering what are the recommended sites for getting a new key fob without spending much cash. Ta

have you tried you local key cutter, mine has kit for that,

anyone near you with a hawkeye can do it for you takes about 30 secs
