Hey everyone,

Just a quick question I can't seem to find the answer to.

Whats the difference between the 2001 model of the freelander td4, and the freelander sport ?

Help would be appreciated

Also if someone has a manual download link?

Struggling to find anything about the different models in terms of sport etc?

Apart from lower and stiffer suspension, different wheels and tyres, and different material for the seats - what info are you looking for?

Sport = high spec interior, stiffer & lower suspension, different wheels, zero performance difference & costs about £2k more than standard model. Go for a higher specced standard car as the suspension is good on them with slightly higher ground clearance which'll help in really deep snow & exactly the same engine performance all for a cheaper price.

that answers my question, just got my first car which happens to the freelander td4 sport 2001.
