I don't see why not.
You can either replace the head unit with a fully blinged up modern unit with DAB built in or you can use a converter unit hidden somewhere under the dash.
I know it's a Disco 2, but this s how I did mine:-

Yes it's possible but not worth the effort imho. We've had 3 DAB vehicles now, all factory fit and all hopeless. We use FM because the signal is actually there. DAB continuously goes on and off, which is pointless.
