My freelander switched off on me while driving!
the fuel pump is o.k
fuel pressure o.k
coil firing to the distributer,
could it be nossles not firing? and what could coz that?
it still has the factory installed alarm,
could it be the immobilser?
any one with a suggestion?

Dodgy connection on 12volt side of ignition [like a loose fuse or poor connection]. . . . . . .

get the connections to the bottom of the engine bay fuse box checked - they corrode and cause intermittent failure. sometimes the radio and lights continue to work tho.
