The key is in. There is nothing on the dashboard. The lights are working,... Also tried with 2nd key, same situation, won't start. Booth keys are fine, they unlock and lock the car.
But,.. there is something ticks at the passenger side.
Check the vid i hope it hears.
 
Check battery voltage, should be 12.7 minimum. Open fuse box and look for blown fuses. Pull relays out, give them a tap and replace. If you have an engine bay fuse box, do the same.
Also on some cars, no sure on an F2, the fob opens to reveal a key, and the start stop button pulls off to let you put the key in. This by passes some of the immobiliser.

Need to get fault codes read to determine what's up with the car

It's accepting the key ok so that side is all good

Any other symptoms or work before it started playing up?
 
Make sure that you put the cluth in all the way to the floor- this cured my problem which was the same as yours
