The performance of the FL2 i6 petrol is the same as the FL2 SD4 diesel, but the diesel has betterer economy. The i6 wasn't popular in the UK which I would guess is down to the reduced mpg and the engine size v tax. It was available in the UK when the FL2 first started alongside the TD4 diesel option. Later on the SD4 was added to the range. The SD4 has more power than the TD4. The i6 is much quieter than both diesels.
