My freelander 2 had a little fire at back of the engine which I quickly put out. The insurance company said it’s uneconomical to fix so I took it back to repair. I’m m struggling to find a couple of engine loom plugs that melted. one plug is for the cam shaft sensor and the other is for the fuel rail. And I was wondering if any of you wonderful people would have any idea or information where I could get some replacement ones.
Kind regards danny

What year is it ? as some of the FL1 plugs may fit if it's an early FL2 late 06 -early 07 do you know what caused the fire? i presume it's diesel ? many questions

It’s a 2006 fl2 and the main dealers said it was a leaking egr valve on to the exhaust that was the caused the fire.

Identification of the plugs might be tricky, but a second hand engine harness shouldn't be too hard to get or that expensive.
