hi, anyone else had this problem?, its and intermittent annoying problem.
tried to take inside door casing off but unsuccessful, information on how
to get door casing off plus finding a solution to the rattling would be great.

If the door card has been oft before and the same fittings used to put it back, this can happen. I have the same on my door. If i apply pressure on the top it goes. I will be replace the fittings to see if it solves it.
