Hiya All, I'm a newbee, Thought I'd say Hello, used to look in as a guest, then one day saw---- Wait for it:) (Freelander), which was on a lorry bound for the scrappy crusher, vehicle has perfect body work, not a scratch only two hardly noticeable tiny dints, So now an owner, I guess some of you will be laughing others will avoid contact eh.
Glad to say it was an easy fix, now running sweet and MOT'd, I live in West Sussex, was wondering if there are any meetings/events down this way and maybe get to chat with some experienced knowledgeable people.

One problem I'v not got to deal with yet on the freelander is the Towbar electrics, As I understand the freelander already has a "plug in" ready to go electric socket behind the panel at rear o/s, I think I'v found it, have looked at H--nes manual sods law its either not in there or I can't find it. Also tow bar I have, the cable has been hack saw severed, was hoping to extend cable and crimp it to existing loom, unless someone can point me in the right direction with a part number for the receptive connector and possibly where to purchase one. So for those that have stopped laughing, come on guys, Is there anybody can offer words wisdom other than get rid of it.
