Good day all. I've got a Freelander 1 td4 2007 model. I just replaced the remote battery an now my remote does not work. What can I do? Please help

Stand next to the drivers door and press the open button on the fob 5 times. It should then kick-in and work again

Check battery is correct way up. Positive on top.
