Hi,
Our only Freeland 1 'key', the plastic casing has broken. We don't have a spare.
McDonalds said we won't be able to get one as there is a chip inside the casing.
I'm mindful we're going to lose this one and only key.
Can anyone advise us on how or if we can get a spare key?

If you are in the UK Timpson's can clone the key for you or at least they quoted me that they could, however I replaced the battery on my fob and that fixed mine...

If you have one working key. Get Timpsons to cut another and then open the key top and swap chip into new key.
