(NO LONGER NEEDED AS THE CAR HAS FAILED)19 Sept 2015

Hello, I'm looking for some freelander parts for my recently purchased shed, I mean car. Parts need as follows:

Clock trim.
Clock.
Genuine cassette radio.
Front bumper (colour coded silver hopefully).
Rear bumper.
Bumper lights, both left and right side (and maybe the wiring too).
Hopefully 4x 16 inch alloys with decent amount of tread.

I think that is all parts wanted at the moment. They'll be some more needed soon, just dreading the day when that comes.

You might have better luck,if you look on ebay,at someone breaking a Freelander, there are plenty out there, good luck.

I've looked, can't find any alloys, bumpers I've found but the trim, clock and radio are hard to find, not many going. I've found the lights, but without a bumper, I can't use them, the guy I had bought it off said he 'chopped' the bumpers and exhaust so it didn't catch. He must've been a bad driver. Oh, I also need the under door sill trim for a 3 door. And something wrong with some box, I had to take the shaft off, so now it's a 2WD, and always wheel spins during a hill start.

I have just looked on ebay for you,and there are loads of them being broken for parts, just put, breaking land rover freelanders,in the search box

I have a genuine Land Rover radio with code sitting on my desk £35 plus postage if you are interested

I no longer need any parts as the freelander rear wheel hub has completely failed and I no longer want to use or keep. Thank you to anyone who tried to help, but my new job and long hours, I can no longer maintain it at all.

Thats a shame, can you not buy one from a scrappy?.

I tried, didn't fit and was a waste of time. With the long hours I'm working, I can't afford the maintenance. Freelander are an unknown model to me. I'd rather have a rangey p38
Blimey,a P38 is much more complicated than a simple freelander,there are rear hubs on ebay,25 quid,plus p&p.

I've had many p38's, I had to sell all but 1 when I sold my house and moved, I didn't expect to get a late shift job. I have 2 young kids and couldn't expect my husband to drag them out of bed just to collect me from work. And BOY, I'll hear from the little tykes when we get home AND in the morning.

Thanks for the advise, trying to sell it spares or repair, don't know if I could just px it. I know I will loose a lot of money I have spent buying it. So I'm not going to expect much.
