GREAT NEWS – FREE TICKETS AVAILABLE PROVIDED BY EVENT SPONSOR:

If anyone fancies attending the “Longest Land Rover 4x4 Procession” at the 4x4 World Record Weekend, Towcester Racecourse, Northants 8-9 April 2006, I have secured a mountain of complimentary Day Admission Tickets for anyone who wants them. Worth up to £10 each, these 2-day tickets are being provided free of charge to you compliments of the 4x4 accessory retailer Specialist Leisure.

To acquire these tickets simply send a 1st class SAE to McGuigan Motorsport, Red Fort, Damgate, Holbeach, Lincs PE12 8QL stating the number of adults requiring tickets (children under 16 yrs are fee anyway), I can return them by return. As I have quite a few available, even if a club or group require several tickets, these can easily be sent en mass to a club official ... two or more 1st class stamps should cover the extra weight.

Please note these tickets are purely for Day Admission to the venue with access to the trade stands, autojumble, kid’s amusements, etc. not for the off-road course (Sat) or the procession (Sun) both of which are optional.

Yeah, 99.9% sure im going up, all depends if the landy passes the mot tomorow, and if it doesnt how much work i have got to do to it to fix it.

Went last year and was a good weekend,

Im going up as part of a club stand.

The club is called lanerovers,

we should be going up on the Friday (weather permitting, if we don't go up Friday it will be Saturday morning) and camp there until Sunday for the procession then go home.

Are you going up?

trying to talk 'her indoors' into it.

We only bought our first Land Rover in December so we're a bit green when it comes to this sort of thing.:D

oh OK,

well, if you do go ill probably see you there.

you thinking of camping up there for the weekend or just a day visit?

Dont know where this posing thing came from???

Last year we all had a really good time, met lots of people and had a good laugh, looked round the trade and club stands, and had a few beers in the beer tent in the evenings.

well, i suppose its not for everyone.

Scott.
