My key fob on the ford maverick appears to have given up the ghost, I
bought new batteries for it but it still does not work. The problem is
also worsened by the fact that I last locked my car using the key,
thinking it would by-pass the alarm but to my horror it appears to
have locked the car, put somekind of deadlock on and switched the
immobiliser on in the car and now I cannot get into my car at all.
The ’98 Maverick has only one keylock on the drivers door, I have
always just used the key fob before, now I’m locked out. any
suggestions?
