Hi all

Due to the current foot and mouth outbreak in Pirbright, could I recommend that no-one goes out green laning anywhere West and South of Guildford until the whole thing blows over?

I know the lanes have been closed now and there are only about 3 drivable lanes anyway, but better to safe than sorry.

I know we don't want this to spread like it did the last time.

Agreed. Can see the headlines now 'Nasty 4x4 drivers spread disease & burger prices rocket' & as I'm sat here eating a MaccyD's brekky, I fer one dunt want that!

I note that the Ramblers wanted to keep the footpaths open for them though!!
