Does this look skimable?...I know the ring gear needs replaced but dont want to order that and find cant skim flywheel still got to find a shop here that can do it and cant buy new here...

Yes that is saveable, don't forget it does not have to be perfect or a mirror finish.
I have put back way worse than that on trucks at the customers request, some with cracks you could stick your fingernail into!
OK will start looking around the garage my mate Barry has and I have a share in only does modern mostly electrical and he just replaces with new...it's a 59 S2 i'm doing a full resto on for a friend/client...
