double no.atf oil is for auto box,power steering,transfer case in a p38.diff oil aka ep is used 4 diffs and in transfer case in case the tbox is whining with the atf.ep is a thicker oil and more resistant to heat and heavy duty lubricant.hope that helps.

just wondered as i looked on halfords site for diff oil and it listed it as power steering transmission and diff and i have loads of trans fluid

With someone who would consider buying oil from Halfrauds the reason for the first question becomes obvious. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
