I have jump started the vehicle and now have a charged battery. The air suspension 'in-active' came up on the dash information display, that has now gone and the display no longer appears to give any information and it just illuminates as a back ground with out any graphics. When i turn the vehicle lights on everything illuminates on the dash board as it should apart for this background display which then goes out. The suspension all appears to work fine.

Can any of you advise?

Many Thanks

Mike

What does your vehicle manual say about jump starting

Try disconnect battery for a while

is normal for the lower message centre to switch off when the lights are switched on...this is fine...it will reilluminate if you select one of the on board trip computer readings, use the radio tune buttons opn the steering wheel or there is a message to display.

you should still have the Mileage, Trip and Temp display though.....

No expert on your system but do these modern things have memory back up batteries in the ECU / display control electronics, as these die over time making them lose temporary data.
