Hi I've just fitted disco 2 seat to my 90 evrybody here in Ireland said it couldn't successfully be done one of the big complaints was that you would end up sitting to high in the cab. I am 6ft 2in and while you do sit about an inch higher than the standard seat it's a small price to pay for the big leap in comfort. The reason why I did this conversion is in March we went to Morocco in the afore mentioned 90 and while the landy never misted a beat not even a puncture in nearly 7000 kms the standard seat leaves a lot to be desired so with another trip to Morocco in the planning for 2012 the seating arangements in the 90 came in for some close scutiny. I looked at the verious seats available but the prices are to say the least a we bit painful and circumstances found me with 2 spare front disco 2 seats complete. You aslso need the front seats from a defender and basically cut the frame of the disco seat and remove the back from the defender seat remove the seat cushion from the clip in frame and attach the disco seat back to the defender seat frame and the disco seat cushion to the clip in frame and blot the whole thing back into the landy and this means you still have access to vital storage space in the seat boxs which is very important when over landing and you get comfortable seating in a defender and you avoid painful wallet therapy. If anybody would like more info or pics of this conversion please feal free to email me stephenjuste@hotmail.com and I will be more than happy to help.

why do we have to email you
