can a diesel engine from bmw 325 or vauxhall omega be fitted to p38 ,i understand that i might have to swop sump & pick up pipies but are there major differeces?
Yes it can be done - the basic lump is the same,is a good trick for LR independants to get dead DSE's back on the road when the customer is hard up and cant afford a new/recon unit.
