Hi All . Im about to fit a new clutch to my td5 90. The spiggot bearing is gone and theres a oil leak coming from that area. Crankseal i presume , so im going to replace this aswell.
So before i begin i thought i would ask all you knowledgeble people if theres any problems im likely to face doing this job. ive only done clutches on cars before and have not done a landy. Ive got the rave cd and was going to follow the instructions on that, but i have noticed reading the forums a lot of people seem to take the engine/gearbox out.
Whats the best way , and are there any timesaving tips not on rave cd,.
Any advice would be appreiated. thanks Tim . ps what year td5s was it that had the recalls for the dual mass flywheel.

the gearbox is heavy!! think 2 transit gearbox' then add a bit and your now close to where it is
