One of the mags has recently done a feature on it but cant remember the one it was.Did a rangie classic years ago and basicly undid the original spot welds and seam welded the new one back in but its some years ago.For safetys sake take the fuel tank off and put out of the way the last thing you want to remember is the loud bang before you come round or worse.

Hi
Google is your friend. Land Rover Anorak Technical Discovery I
I replaced mine in September. I didn't pop rivet the new floor in just welded it. I didn't remove the fuel tank fuel tank either just was careful.
I also bought some "z" peices and new floor supports of ebay to make it easier to drop the new floor in. Total cost about £150.00 incl floor, sealants, dics etc.
