Hi all. I have just finished rebuilding a series 3 and have come across gearbox problem. Gearbox was rebuilt and broken synchro springs replaced otherwise all looked ok. All gears are selectable but when selecting second it seems like I can move gearstick too far and create a grinding noise. When I let go of stick the noise goes away and it drives ok. Not gone beyond third yet as only on private track. Any ideas.
