I would like to know the location and how to replace the filter cabin/pollen on my freelander, 2003, 6 cil, auto

Regards

well my pollen filter is located left hand foot well just behind glove compartment. Held in with 4 screws.

Dont make same mistake as me and get the Britpart filter :)

Thats the one, and my new Britpart fell to pieces putting it in :)
Main stealer puts a split in the plastic side bit to fit. If you lift the floor matts and be gentle with it you can get it in without the spliting the plastic. While your there, put your hand up and remove leaves.

i fiited the britpart one too, a bit flimsy but you get what you pay for & it's a cheap once a year replacement..

Britpart one goes in & out without problems.

I agree about making sure the housing is clear of debris before fitting the new filter. I don't think the original filter had ever been replaced on my wife's F1 and there was quite a bit of rubbish in there but since I have been doing the servicing myself (using BP filters) it has been fine.
