I have an old Series 2 ex army ambulance. The last time I drove it, when I turned the lights to off, the tail lights remain on. I have tried turning the lights to all possible positions (I.e. Tail, head and tail, convoy etc) and the lights work as normal, but I just can't turn them off?! Any ideas?
