Anyone go green laning around here, I just got my first Disco and I am raring to go but I would like to go with someone who knows what they are doing and where you can go as I am a complete newbie(sad considering I was in-bred here lol)

i dont think there are any (or only a very few) b.o.a.t.s on the maps for Exmoor - or at least for the northern sections.

Had an idea that might be the case :-( but hey a decent muddly puddle would be a good start lol

the only one I know of is on the Ralieghs Cross to Wheddon cross road and is on a sharp rh bend - its about 100 yds long and a waste of time.

cheers for that,Might nip up ther for a nose, I have plenty of ****ty tracks on the farms I shoot on but just fancied something a bit off the beaten track,I have tarr steps about 10 mins from me so I could just keep going throught the ford I spose lol

Spoke to a right of way officer at somerset council today, Very nice chap apparantely there are only 7-8 B.o.a.t's in Somerset at the moment and he is going to e-mail me the locations next week, Also a trial bike club/association is appealing further decisions on other by-ways local to me (the chap I spoke to is dealing with them) so hopefully there will be a few more on exmoor soon so all I will need soon is someone to hold me hand lol(and pull me out no doubt)
