After many months off the road, my D2 is now back together after its epic engine rebuild.
All MOT,d and legal, was going to sell it but sale fell through, so Im now thinking of driving her home to Tallinn, for Christmas! (actually leaving this Friday).
She will be loaded up with 250Kg of Ikea kitchen and about another 200Kg of bits n bobs.

Ive done the drive before but via Sweden then on the ferry, this time I plan to go through France, Belgium, Germany, Poland etc. Ive done plenty of driving in Europe but only as far east as Germany.

Any advice from Worldly forumites about driving through Poland? The gen info seems to be drive defensively, dont speed and dont leave your car unattended. Not planning to use hotels, any issues with sleeping in cars in service areas?

Finally, I really want to get my new injectors coded ion, does anyone have a Nanocom for a TD5, that I can use, I will come to you! Im in Bedford. But can drive further afield if required.

Change of plans...already! SWMBO has vetoed the road trip, so the old girl (the car that is!) is now up for sale on Vantrader.
But Id still still like to blag the use of a Nanocom if someone is up for it!
