i need a second landy for some lanes in the ongar area the lanes are tight and tree lined so may scratch paint they are also muddy so mud tyres are advised if i could get 2 other landies it would be even better, as i think someone will get stuck on one of the lanes, also diesels with raised air intalkes would be best as a couple of the lanes are intesected by streams

Soon as I've fixed mine, I'd be up for that. Couple of weeks max, I'd say. I'm sure we'd have a day out over your way.
 
cheers spyder i am plotting the lanes i would like to take at them moment i have already disregarded one of them due to O/S marking it wrong (marked as a by-way when its a bridal way
 
Couple of weeks should se us ready to join in too. No snorkel but MTs. on a V8
 
hmmm i was gonna include terling ford in the day but yer v8 might not like it lol as standard its 2' deep but can get to 4' and is silt bottomed
 
Count me in, only in Harlow. I've done most of them around here.
I'm doing a engine swop this week so i'm out of action till the weekend.
Did terling at the begining of the year and it was over the bonnet.
 
I've done Furneaux Pelham & Standon, before I got the snorkel, but now I've got one.:D I'm up for anything.
 
Do I have to fit Furry Dice, Neons, a 'Sharon loves Dave' window shade and have a girlfriend with white stilettos?;)
 
Yes i have the landranger map, also have it on memory map. Most of the lanes i do are up and to the left of me eg, Furneaux Pelham & Standon are best done in the winter (Deeper) and then across the top of bishops stortford

on your map mark the lane between Fairstead and White Notley as a bridal way and its blocked O/S fooked up
 
The neons keep blowing a fuse with all that water !

And my wife won't put stilettos on !

Nope, jest stick yer 'rubber' dice up yer arse, get a sunshade that sez 'Dave loves Dave' and get yer white stilettos back frum that imaginary girlfriend. ;)
 
I think you will find they close them down. There are some over to the left of puckeridge they have done that with.
 
terlings do-able in a v8, as is violets lane but it doesnt like it does it george?Easter fords a goodun as well.
 
Ive been out and about that way often ,, some great country to be seen out there .. Never had the pleasure of being with another landy so the lanes i picked were to do were only on the say of my missus lol ,

God forbid i got in trouble and got stuck but i know not to go by ones self but this was before i got paranoid about getting stuck ..

Ive done Terling which was fantastic But watch out for a hole on the exit with the step .. Hole is on the right so try keeping it to the left it wants to pull you to the right ,, ..

Wouldnt mind tagging along ...
