Hi Team. Long time no see.
2.25 petrol engine needs to come out.
Head's already off. No3 needs rebore/sleeve etc.![Face with symbols on mouth :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: 🤬](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f92c.png)
The Landy 109 ex mil is in an awkward position where I couldn't get a conventional engine crane in if I tried - and is on a slight downhill slope. Can't move it for various reasons.
The crux of my question is whether it is sensible to drop the engine out of the bottom, or must I pull it out of the top? Is dropping possible, or am i going to hit a serious snag along the way? I need to find a way that minimises brute-force manhandling because I am old and don't like pain and hospitals.
Your wise counsel would be very welcome!
