Recently threw the Ujoint on the front prop shaft Tbox side, and it sent my prop shaft banging around the chasis and under the driver side floor board... luckily enough, it didn’t mess a whole lot up... just my radio and my dash clock stopped working... and now I have two brown wires that connect to the back of the Tbox hanging out by the front prop shaft... any thoughts?

Not sure on the wire colours but you have reverse light switch and diff lock switch wires around that area.

I know it’s not the dif lock switch... I had to drive back with on the rear prop.. and the indicator light is still working

Brown wires are permanent live, un-fused. On the underside, they would normally go to a terminal on the starter solenoid.

You were lucky, a mate had his go and it smashed the main gear box casing. Grease gun is your friend.

I’m pretty sure it’s the main ground wire... my tail lights are acting funny

Could it be brown because of dirt/age? Earths are usually black. Is it a really heavy gauge(thick) wire?
