decided to take off egr & inlet manifild & soak them in oven cleaner over night ( the one you put in a bag mrs swears by it ) they came up like new then blanked of erg & cut & knocked out the valve in the erg so its a straight through pipe put every think back & fount one of the air inlet ruber pipes had a nice split in it reparid it for now
wow its a diffrent car twice the pick up was going to chip it dont think ill bother now

Get it chipped did the same with mine and the difference in power and fuel economy is well worth the cost of the chip.
