Took out the middle seat on my newly aquired 300 tdi defender today only to find a small box (sealed unit) saying EGR electronic control unit floating about and not fixed to anything, where should it be fixed to, wires aren't very long so it must be faily close to where they come through the panel under the seat, doesn't seem to be much room if any at all for this box to be under the middle seat base looks like it might get squashed, or am I wrong!! any info please, thanks Geoff.
