Now then dont bite my head off as i know this is well documented all over the forum so here goes, im gona do the egr soon , when i did my last TD5 disco 2001 model i had no issues.
My new one is the later engine 54 plate and i have read that there is some plumbing involved as the heat exchanger is water cooled anyone know if it is or not and is it just like the earlier TD5 and simply remove the EGR, fit the blank at the turbo side then fit the pipe that takes place instead of the EGR valve blank off the solanoids , chuk the EGR away

it seems the outgoing Discovery IE 2004 models such as the landmark and pursuit never had the cooler fitted but this is only one the manual models
