His loss, you bid, you won. Contractually if you pay he has an obligation to provide the item for that price as no reserve was set

However its ebay so he'll probably just re-list and take the neg feedback, make sure you leave a nasty one

He's breaking ebay rules anyway by saying it's advertised elsewhere and might end the sale. Leave negative feedback and put a complaint in to ebay.

I think you're right. He must have listed it with no reserve thinking it would sell for what he thought it was worth.

very foolish gamble.

first 450.00 gets it no overseas or under 10 feedback cash on collection

On 31-Aug-12 at 17:52:22 BST, seller added the following information:

if i do not get 450 i will not sell

 he did say that he won't let it go for less

report him to ebay anyway cos if that was the case he should've set a reserve

Please do him, I am sick to death of this, I have advertised elsewhere and reserve the right ****, do him, negative him, report him, do him, goann do it for all of us, ahhhhhhhh I got that off me chest, do the fecker.

He's entered into a legal contract, eBay says that clearly. Point put you could sue and would win on the basis of breach of contract.

Take your nice shiny £1 coin..and go and collect it - take a few of the local members to act as witnesses :D

If you paid by PayPal you will have a receipt, take your trailer and few mates and go collect it. Police come you have a receipt

He's added the line 'if I don't get £450 I won't sell' so he can avoid paying the cost of a reserve listing! Feckin' tight arse ... go get him WLM
