just had an mot done failed on track rod end ball joint and drop link not bad at all for its age 2001 1.8 137000 miles i may be mad but i am still thinking of selling it as the intermittent abs lights are doing my head in

try power washing the sensors as there may be dirt on them.

Better the devil you know..... You might pick up a newer freelander with no abs lights but it seems it is only a matter of time that they will revisit and haunt you in a newer beastie ....
